End User License Agreement (EULA) — Last updated: July 2026
Before You Proceed
This EULA is a general agreement covering all products from Fayz Store. By downloading or installing any product, you agree to these terms.
Individual products may have additional or overriding license terms bundled in their download (e.g., a LICENSE file or README). Always check the product's specific license first.
Grant of License
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Fayz Khan ("Publisher") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the software product ("Product") for your personal or internal business purposes on devices you own or control.
Scope — Per-Product Terms
This EULA provides a general baseline for all Fayz Store products. Individual products may include additional terms in a LICENSE file bundled with the download. In the event of a conflict, the product-specific LICENSE file takes precedence over this general EULA.
Permitted Uses
You may: install and use the Product on your own devices; create backup copies for personal archival purposes; use the Product in personal or commercial projects as described in the product listing.
Restrictions
You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the Product, except where expressly permitted by applicable law; redistribute, resell, sublicense, or transfer the Product or any rights therein to any third party; remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Product.
Intellectual Property
The Product and all copies thereof are proprietary to Fayz Khan and title thereto remains with Fayz Khan. All applicable rights in all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and other intellectual property rights in the Product are and shall remain vested in Fayz Khan.
Open Source Products
Some Products may be designated as open-source and distributed under an open-source license (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0). In those cases, the open-source license governs and supersedes this EULA in its entirety. The applicable open-source license will be clearly stated in the product's repository.
Updates and Support
Fayz Khan may, at its discretion, provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Product. There is no obligation to provide ongoing support, maintenance, or updates unless explicitly stated in the product listing.
Privacy — Product Level
Each Product has its own privacy policy that governs how the Product handles your data on your device. Please review the privacy policy linked on each product's page. This EULA does not govern data handling within individual Products.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. FAYZ KHAN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCT WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FAYZ KHAN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCT OR THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Product in your possession.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
