These Terms govern your use of Fayz Store — the platform itself. They do not constitute the license terms for any individual product.
Each product has its own EULA or usage terms available on its product page. Review those separately before using any product.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Fayz Store (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. Continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance.
What Fayz Store Is
Fayz Store is a digital storefront operated by Fayz Khan, showcasing and distributing desktop applications, web templates, code repositories, and related digital assets. It is a discovery and distribution channel — usage terms for any specific downloaded product are set out in that product's own license documentation.
Platform Use Rules
You agree not to: scrape or mirror the Platform's content in bulk; use automated systems to overburden the Platform; rebrand or redistribute our products as your own without written permission; circumvent any technical protections; or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
Product Listings
All products are provided "as is," with descriptions intended to be accurate at time of publishing. Availability, features, and pricing are subject to change. For specific license rights of any product, refer to that product's EULA.
Intellectual Property
All Platform content — design, layout, copy, and branding — is the intellectual property of Fayz Khan, protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or distribute Platform design without express written permission. This does not affect license rights received for downloaded products.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fayz Khan and Fayz Store are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of data, profits, or business opportunity — arising from your use of the Platform.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance.
